			| Sameer is BE (Electrical) from C. R. State College of Engineering, Murthal, Haryana and Masters in Business Administration from IIT - Roorkee (University of Roorkee) having over ten years of experience in areas of Information Technology, Consulting, e-Governance and Government Advisory with exposure in area of advocacy, training, process reforms, process innovation, project handling, authoring publications, relationship management, change management and business development. Worked in diverse organizations like Ernst & Young, TCS, HCL Infosystems, Government of India (GOI) and NISG and exposure as a trainee in ICICI Ltd, BHEL and Vintron Netedge. Sameer has done extensive reasearch in e-Governance in India and his work is archieved my multiple international agencies and is published in key publications. He started the first ever e-group on e-Governance in India and created big waves in the e-governance community in India. He is the winner of national award for e-Governance from Government of India and international award for online contribution from National IT Council, Malaysia.
