---- Voice of Change.
Voice of Change is a democratic pressure group of British National Party members, whose aims are to make the party more electable and democratic. The group's formation resulted from the expulsion of nine senior party officials in December 2007.
The first formal meeting of the group, was held in Nottinghamshire on the 27th January 2008, with the prime purpose of defining its aims and objectives. The result of that meeting was a decision that the group's primary aim should be to bring about democratic changes to the party's constitution, which at present gives the party's National Chairman almost dictator like powers over the party. This is to be achieved by a democratic leadership challenge, to the party's Chairman Nick Griffin, in the summer of 2008. After the meeting a statement, which was issued on the group's website, encouraged all the group's supporters to continue taking an active part in all the party's campaigns and events, while working for this democratic changes to the party's constitution.
The group has its own website at: http://www.voiceofchange.org.uk/index.php , and several of the key players in the group also contribute to a blog; http://enoughisenoughnick.blogspot.com/
