Shivaraj Kamble (born ) He is the current mayor Kanchan Kamble Sangli-Miraj & Kupwad municipal corporation. Son He has a mechanical engineering degree from Sanjay Ghodawat Group of Institutions, Kolhapur. He is the Son of Kanchan Kamble. Present Positions *chairman,Shiv Industries , Kolhapur *Chairman and Founder, Shiv Industries in Bhosari Industrial Estate, Pune *' Common Men's Heart of Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli *Trusty, Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli Awards *Kerala University Youth Festival Painting Competition-2nd Prize -2016 *Kerala Lalitha Kala Academy Award - 2013 *Kerala Youth Festival Painting contest organised by Kerala Students' Union - 2nd Prize -2014 •ArtSlant World wide Award 2012 in Abstract Category for the painting 'OUR CONCERNS OVER TIME AND SPACE - No.31’ MagicTouch Project The main contribution of shivaraj to the Nation is a huge pencil drawing "MagicTouch " - 50 ft. by 20 ft. in dimension. The project started in the year 2016 and was completed on the eve of Independence of 2016 . It is a tribute to the Nation on the occasion of 1years of Independence on the specially prepared wall of Mahavir Art Gallery in Kerala . He has portrayed Bharat Mata and her 501 great sons of Indian culture since ages. These includes sages, deities, freedom fighters, Bharat Ratna awardees, Dadasaheb Phalke awardees, GyanPeeth awardees, Param Vir Chakra recipients and the masters in various fields of life that includes sportspersons, musicians, dancers, but painters, theatre personalities, singers, social activists, pioneers of industrialisation etc. It is in panoramic view. This is supposed to be the world's biggest pencil sketch and has become a centre of attraction for art lovers and common man in and around Kerala .
