Randi Lesnick

Randi Lesnick (born June 6, 1956) in Newark, New Jersey is an American event planner best known for founding Hospitality Consultants and designing high profile events for the music industry in Nashville and across the US. Randi started her business in 1996 out of her house in Franklin, Tennessee. She now oversees an average of 145 events a year and has a full-time staff of 10. Hospitality Consultants now has two branches, Randi Events and Nashville Event Space, which she and her husband, Allen, own.
Biography
Randi grew up in New Jersey where she attended Long Island University. She quickly became interested in the event planning industry and gained valuable experience during her studies. Her mother, who built a successful career in the travel industry, largely inspired Randi.
In 1994 and after 16 years as a high-powered executive Randi left the Hilton Hotels Corp. to follow her husband to Nashville, Tennessee after he was transferred with his job. In 1996, she met her first client Scott Borchetta who at the time worked for DreamWorks Records, and is now the CEO of Big Machine Label Group. She planned the grand opening of DreamWorks Recoreds and her career as an Event Planner in Nashville began. Scott Borchetta still remains one of the most instrumental clients of her success. This gave her the opportunity to meet and work with some high profile clients. As a event planner, she has worked with Taylor Swift, Shania Twain, Tim McGraw, The Band Perry, Miranda Lambert, and Rascal Flatts.
In 2007, Randi expanded her company to include a venue management division, known as Nashville Event Space, which represents several unique, metropolitan style venues in the downtown area. She also re-branded as the company grew and introduced the title, Randi Events - a full service, modern design firm.
In 2009, Randi was voted one of the Top 40 event planners in the world…she shares the list with some of the industry’s most recognizable names. She now employs 10 full-time event planners as well as a sales staff for the venue division.
Each year, established and rising artists include Randi’s event planning services in their overall promotion strategy. She has come to know many of the top artists personally and values her reputation with them, their staff, management teams, and record labels.
On the rare weekend when she isn’t working, Randi can be found spending time with her husband, Allen, and their children. Her eldest son Jason is a Business Major at Belmont University, Nashville, TN. Her younger son, Jonathan attends Limestone College in Gaffney, SC. Randi loves to travel, entertain and takes great pride in expanding her staff and watching them follow in her footsteps.
Randi is a breast cancer survivor.
