The Technika SH-Z625 is a 6 Mega pixel compact digital camera sold by Tesco. The camera is powered by two AA batteries and has a 3X optical zoom, and a 5X digital zoom. The lens has a focal length ranging from 5.8 to 17.4 mm. It has no optical viewfinder, but has a 2.4 inch TFT LCD screen. It has automatic focus and flash. A single (micro USB) connection is used both as a USB 2.0 interface and video out. Under USB the camera acts as a USB mass storage device giving access to the SD memory card. The USB connection also allows printing via PictBridge. The video-out connection is combined in the USB cable and is used for play-back of video clips (without sound) and slideshows of still pictures. Video clips are recorded with sound, using an AVI file format.
