Meograph is an online storytelling platform that "enables anyone to easily create rich, interactive media". Meograph pairs maps and a timeline to resemble a video player, along with other media, context links, and narration. Meograph launched for public use in July 2012. Use Each Meograph is composed of individual "moments" that each describe the Where (address, place, famous building), When (date and time) and What (description of what happened, adding images or videos). In addition, users can add a their own narration to their Meograph. Current users Meograph serves users in journalism, education, general tech and social media. Timeline *March 2012 - Meograph incorporates. *May 2012 - Meograph launches demo. *July 2012- Meograph launches for public use. |
