Councillor Martin John Hill, OBE (born 1954) is an English, Conservative local politician, who has been the Leader of Lincolnshire County Council since 2005. Career Hill is the Conservative county councillor for Folkingham Rural, which represents 25 (small) parishes. He has been a councillor since 1993. He has been Leader of Lincolnshire County Council since 24 March 2005. He is the LG Group Executive representative for East Midlands Councils on the Local Government Association. He was the Chairman of the East Midlands Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnership. Personal life He was awarded the OBE in the 2008 New Year Honours. |
