Kazi Shafiq Ullah (1925-2000) was a political organizer, and famous singer at the time of the Jukta Front in 1954. He was popularly known as Kobi Shofi. He was born in Qazi Bari in the village of Suklamaddi, Chaprashir Hat Union, Kabir Hat Upazila, Noakhali. His father was Maolana Qazi Abdur Rashid.
He was one of the members of the Sawdhin Bangla Nucleus in the cultural front. He was the Vice president of undivided Ghobagh UP. When Chaprashir Hat UP was formed then he became the first Vice Chairman of Chaprashir Hat UP and later elected Chairman of Chaprashir Hat UP in 1974. He was founder member of Cooperative Land Mortgage Bank Noakhali. He was elected Chairman of Cooperative Land Mortgage Bank Noakhali.
