Julio Yarnel Rodríguez (born December 29, 2000) is a Dominican professional baseball outfielder in the Seattle Mariners organization. Rodríguez signed with the Seattle Mariners as an international free agent in July 2017. He made his professional debut with the Dominican Summer League Mariners in 2018, batting .315 with five home runs and 36 RBIs in 59 games. Rodríguez started 2019 with the West Virginia Power. He missed part of the season with a fractured hand. He was promoted to the Modesto Nuts in August. Over 84 games between the two teams, he slashed .326/.390/.540 with 12 home runs and 69 RBIs. He was selected to play in the Arizona Fall League for the Peoria Javelinas following the season. |
