Jonathan Hutt

Jonathan Hutt (born 1966) MA(Hons) (in Chinese) (1991) Auck; Ph.D (2003) ANU is a New Zealand Chinese-language scholar and intellectual historian and businessperson. He is deputy general manager, strategic planning Spring Airlines (2010 - Present), a privately owned Chinese airline which has its headquarters in Shanghai, China.
Early life
Hutt spent his childhood in Auckland and was educated at . He completed his studies at St Peter's College with a major school academic honour. Hutt completed an MA in Chinese literature at the University of Auckland and a Ph.D at the Australian National University.
Business
Hutt has lived in China for more than 20 years and has been deputy general manager, strategic planning for Spring Airlines since 2010. He is also active as a scholar of Chinese literature and Chinese social and cultural history.
