Avery neumark

Avery Neumark is an acclaimed tax attorney living in New York City. He's currently a partner at New York based accounting firm Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin & Co. and specializes in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation. In 1991 New York governor Mario Cuomo appointed Neumark as Chairman of the New York State Temporary Commission on Worker’s Compensation and in 1994 he was appointed as Commissioner of the New York State Insurance Fund. Neumark has lectured throughout the United States to many groups and has been quoted in many noteable publications such as the New York Times, USA Today, Forbes, Money Magazine and other publications that include compensation issues. In addition to his professional work, Neumark is active in many non-profits such as the Orthodox Union as well as being the Chairman of the pension plan subcommittee of the UJA-Federation in New York.
