J. Caleb Boggs III

J. Caleb "J.C." Boggs III (born 1962) is an American lawyer and public policy professional, based in Washington, D.C.
Boggs is the grandson and namesake of the late J. Caleb Boggs (1909-1993), former United States Representative, Governor of the State of Delaware, and United States Senator.
Boggs began his legal career in Wilmington, Delaware, as law clerk to the Delaware Court of Chancery, and later moved to Washington, D.C. to serve as legislative counsel to United States Senator William V. Roth, Jr. (R-DE). He is partner and principal with the international law firm of Blank Rome LLP.
Boggs was elected President of the Republican National Lawyers Association (2006-2008). He was appointed by the President of the United States on January 20, 2009 to serve a six-year term as representative to the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
