Gregory P. Joseph

Gregory P. Joseph is a litigation attorney in the United States.
Joseph was Chairman of the Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association, and President-Elect of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
Joseph founded his own litigation law firm in 2001, previously a partner at the law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York City.
Joseph was appointed by Chief Justice William Rehnquist to serve on the Advisory Committee on the Federal Rules of Evidence, and he served in that capacity from 1993-99. Joseph is also a member of the American Law Institute. Joseph is a member of the Editorial Board of Moore's Federal Practice (3d ed.), a multivolume treatise on federal procedure.
