2010 Korean National Youth Football League

The 2010 Korean National Youth Football League season was the second edition since the establishment of The Korean National Youth Football League.
Under-18
Total 134 teams are competed in 15 local divisions. Each local divisions operated home and away basis. After the league, each local divisions' high ranked teams are qualified playoff.
* Champions : Bukyeong High School
* Runner-ups : Samil Technical High School
Under-15
Total 192 teams are competed in 21 local divisions. Each local divisions operated home and away basis. After the league, each local divisions' high ranked teams are qualified playoff.
* Champions : Changnyeong Middle School
* Runner-ups : Wonsam Middle School
Under-12
Total 283 teams are competed in 32 local divisions. Each local divisions operated home and away basis. After the league, each local divisions' high ranked teams are qualified playoff.
* Champions : Buyang Elementary School
* Runner-ups : Daedong Elementary School
