Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology
Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT) is a private B-school/ Engineering College offering both Management & Engineering courses, located in New Delhi, India. One of the leading colleges of Delhi and North India, MAIT has 13 departments (One-MBA, Five-Engineering, Four-Research and Three-Auxiliary). It is affiliated to the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.
History
MAIT was established in 1999 by the Maharaja Agrasen Technical Education Society (MATES), promoted by a group of industrialists, businessmen, professionals and philanthropists.
The college derives it name from the legendary Indian king, Maharaja Agrasen of Agroha.

MAIT has Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Programme (Dual Specialization).

Admissions
Admission to all courses is through the Common Entrance Examination (CET) conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Campus
The MAIT campus is located in Rohini Sector-22, North Delhi, spread over an area of . The campus has a main Administrative Block, Eight educational blocks for the branches and two blocks for MAIMS (MBA, BBA & BJMC). The campus has a boy's hostel, multi-story library, canteen, amphitheater, an auditorium, a football and cricket ground. There is also a branch of the Union Bank of India on the grounds.
Student life
- Genesis, is the annual Management & Cultural festival, organized by MBA Department.
- Techsurge, is the annual inter college technical fest.
- Mridang, the annual inter college cultural fest of MAIT is witnessed during the even semester of every academic year. The fest has events like music, dance, fashion parade, pop-show, and star night.
