Herts/Middlesex League

The Herts/Middlesex League is a rugby union league featuring teams from Hertfordshire and Middlesex. It is organised by the London and South East Division Rugby Football Union. It currently operates three divisions but has had four divisions in the past. The highest division is a level 9 league within the English rugby union system. Teams can gain promotion to London 3 North West.
