In the Matter of the ESTATE OF Jimmy RODRIGUEZ, Deceased. (2004) - An unusual case in which a daughter and potential Recipient of proceeds from an estate has been missing for 40 years. The question of distribution arises from the uncertainty whether the daughter predeceased the decedent father.
Luneburg v. Wenig (1998) - A case in which a cyst was negligently removed from an infant's larynx. The jury awarded $2,000,000. On appeal, the award was ordered to be retried.
Devito v Opatich(1995) - A case in which an obstetrician was found negligent for the cerebral palsy of a delivered baby. An award by the jury of $1,550,000 was ultimately reduced by $50,000 on appeal.
Mr. Clark graduated from Colgate University as an undergraduate in 1962 and Columbia Law School in 1965. He is an adjunct professor at Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. Clark is married with children and grandchildren.
