Although relatively unknown in their own country So Shush are an English alternative rock band who have generated a following in the US having featured coast to coast on numerous FM radio and internet radio playlists. So Shush are a DIY label band who distribute their music via online stores, independent radio and the independent music press. They’re often noted for a distinctive melodic style that draws on sixties pop and progressive rock influences.

In January 2009 So Shush featured at number 16 in Neil Young’s Living With War Today video chart 1 with their song ‘We are the ones who say no’. The lyrics were composed from the names of famous protest songs.
In December 2008 So Shush featured in the John Peel Festival, Radio Rheinwelle, FM, Germany 2
So Shush give festive greetings and feature on the Women's Radio, USA December 2008 playlist and podcast 3 together with Adrienne Pierce, The Action Design, Madison Park and Charlotte Martin.
