Reviews

“Sounds like a band you’ve known for years but cant put your finger on it!” Tom Robinson, BBC 6 Music–February 2008

‘one of the strongest, most memorable material out of any of the bands in the Festival, they also have one of the sharpest contemporary Indie sounds distinguished by perfectly placed electronic keys, with emotionally charged lyrics’

Surface Festival, June 2008

"51 Breaks sound like a band not short of ideas and not afraid of mixing it up a bit, 51 Breaks certainly goes for it big-style and take risks dynamically, turn this baby up, max it out and just feel that monster groove - it's quite impressive and very catchy." Miles Davis, March 1969.
