ZOLVE is a comprehensive website which provides a portal for real estate practitioners and service providers on a global level to connect, mentor, share experiences/expertice, network and help each other develop better business practices and relationships.
Company Creation
Brian Wilson started ZOLVE.com, a social network for real estate providers while he was an Army Captain stationed in Baghdad, Iraq. During his 17-month tour, he read about the ups and downs and misinformation being published about the real estate market and saw a need for better communication and support for the agents trying to serve their local communities. Wilson wanted to tap into the expansive and detailed knowledge that real estate practitioners have about their business and information specific to their local cites and neighborhoods and provide a portal where they could share with each other and the public.
ZOLVE.com was then created as free real estate tool with the mission to harness the vast knowledge that flows in & out of real estate professionals on a global level. This mission is being fulfilled in many ways from; questions & answers about daily hurdles, sharing proven work policies-procedures-practices, communicating local market information, support through mentoring or coaching and a myriad of other ways. ZOLVE members are now working together to increase each other's potential -financially, academically and personally.
ZOLVE members enjoy a safe place where they can share tools,information and best practices in the "Share Center", learn from and be supported by their peers in the "Over Coffee" Forums, and share their local market information with other professionals and the public via their own customizable "Blog". Members can also easily keep up with the industry's best information and writing(in print and on the web)through viewing "The Early Bird" section and they can greet & meet and encourage new members at the "Welcome Mat".
In addition to providing a business-class network, ZOLVE provides networking tools which empower real estate professionals to expand their sphere of influence globally and connect specifically with others who share similar business interests. ZOLVE.com has been so successful in its first year it has been nominated for the coveted Inman "Innovator Award".
