Youssef Al Masri

Youssef Al Masri is a Lebanese business executive and the of Ooredoo Tunisia since 2015.
Early life and education
Youssef is born on June 1965 and he earned his engineering degree in the United States.
Career
After working in various Ooredoo Group subsidiaries worldwide, he also held the position of COO of Ooredoo Algeria (Ex-Nedjma), from 2009 until the beginning of 2015.
During his tenure at Ooredoo Algeria, Youssef Al Masri improved the competitive position of the operator with an enhancement of its brand value
; handed-on the design, deployment, launch and operational management of 2G-3G networks and infrastructures.
He also oversaw the Network Quality of Service improvement, leading Ooredoo Algeria (former Nedjma) to be awarded Best Mobile Operator in North Africa in 2011.
Since February 2015, Youssef Al Masri is the Chief Operations Officer of Ooredoo Tunisia.
