Webgistix

Webgistix Corp. is an Internet company that provides outsourced e-commerce order fulfillment to a wide variety of customers, including Allstate, CrossFit, and The New York Times. Joseph DiSorbo currently serves as its President and CEO, with Kyle Henzel as Vice President. Webgistix is based in Las Vegas, NV, but also maintains warehouses in Olean, NY According to the Olean Times Herald newspaper, the company has additional locations in Australia, Northern Ireland, and Singapore.
History
Joseph DiSorbo, previously President and CEO of Student Planet, founded Webgistix in 2001, in Palo Alto, California.
On November 6, 2008, the company announced that Dale Fuller, the former CEO of Borland Software (Nasdaq: BORL) and McAfee, Inc. (NYSE: MFE), had been named chairman of Webgistix's board of directors.
E-Commerce Times has described Webgistix as an e-commerce fulfillment provider (EFP). Supply and Demand Chain Executive Magazine explained that Webgistix's EFP solution is based on software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology that allows e-commerce retailers to submit orders electronically to Webgistix, and Webgistix then packs and ships the orders.
News website The Paypers reported that Webgistix diversified its solution set in July 2009 through an alliance with TransFirst and eCrated. The alliance enables Webgistix to provide e-commerce solutions that span shopping carts, payment processing and order fulfillment.
Webgistix is a privately held company. Revenue figures are not available. However, an article published by the Las Vegas Business Press in July 2009 indicates that Webgistix grew by approximately 80 percent in 2008 and was on pace to grow by a similar amount in 2009.
On December 15 2008, Webgistix was named to the “Best Companies” list by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals.
On October 15th, 2009, Webgistix released GlobalFill, which allows international eBay users to print free barcodes and shipping labels for use with Webgistix’s fulfillment service.
