Literary
In 2002 Vincent Demitri wrote under the name Vincent Demetrios Midnight a novel entitled I Call's Em Like I Sees 'Em, a then-contemporary introspective novel of 243 pages reviewing events in the media at the time such as and (underlying topic being in America) in a style. It has been said that I Calls 'Em Like I Sees 'Em could have been Demitri's entrance into stand-up comedy if it were taken to clubs rather than written. Since the release of I Calls 'Em Like I Sees 'Em despite only selling 2000 copies worldwide to various distributors Demitri has written for several publications as a columnist in a style very similar to that of his 2002 book.

Painting
In 2003 the , the [http://en. .org/wiki/School_of_the_Museum_of_Fine_Arts%2C_Boston School Of The Museum Of Fine Arts], and the offered Vincent Demitri scholarships due to the eleven paintings he marketed and sold in 2003 to various galleries in the United States. Continuing to paint throughout high school Demitri eventually declined these three scholarships with a portfolio of seventeen paintings to his name, all of which had been purchased almost immediately upon public showcasing. Demitri's visual style is abstract in painting using "whatever can get hands on." Demitri has been quoted with saying, "I don't know a goddamn thing about paint, I just PAINT. Same with my music, I can't read or write music, I just MAKE IT." These scholarships before declination were further guaranteed due to Demitri's photography portfolio, also started in 2003. The most recent painting by Demitri is entitled "Soulstorm," made in 2007, and has been described by Demitri as "the final piece of work morbid phase."

Photography
Using a black-and-white 35MM camera Vincent Demitri started off traditionally but eventually used excessive heat to warp his camera so that his photos were distorted without editing enough so to put his photography ahead of his peers in regards of technique. Also contributing to his high school portfolio, 117 black-and-white photographs done in his trademark style as well as traditionally with the same non-damaged camera were taken in 2003 and 2004. Currently Demitri uses a as his primary photography tool.

Film
Using a similar technique as in his early photography, Vincent Demitri used excessive heat to warp his in order to get a unique view on the projects he shot; his early works consist of abstract ideas, blurry shots, and provide a general feeling of inner-decay and saturnine reflection all over self-produced haunting instrumental as the films themselves were not recorded with sound. Sometimes these projects would contain dialogue added later--by 2004 Demitri had made seven fifteen-minute shorts in this style with three of them having a "narrator" that spoke of something else entirely. Eventually Demitri would invest in a more-modern camcorder and produce four hour-length films for free release and contribution to film festivals, but no new film has been released by Demitri since February of 2005.

Unrelated to art, Vincent Demitri has appeared in multiple marketed adult film scenes since 2004.

Music
Vincent Demitri has been involved with three musical acts since 2002, two of which were solo projects. Demitri's first project was as a vocalist and bassist in the three-piece jazz group Siva based out of San Antonio, Texas in 2003. After being asked to leave in February of 2004 due to what he describes as "different goals," Demitri started , releasing one album (Ember Iris) and "ending" the career of Visara is 2007. Later that year was formed by Demitri. No music has been released yet, but The Stoic Club is supposed to be "nothing like Visara."
