Woods IV (born March 26, 1984) better known by his stage names D-Ceased aka Tony Too Fly, is an Italian-American rapper and was one of the founding members of the southern hip-hop group Herbin' Thugz (under the stage name "Ghost Ryder"). The release of his first solo sample album "IV" on January 12, 2010, was a southern underground hip-hop success, and his first full length album is currently in production. D-Ceased is the current CEO/Founder of Fourth Law Music and Design LLC (Fourth Law Design Concepts LLC). Early Life D-Ceased the Italian-American hip-hop artist was born Friday, March 26, 1984 to a Cajun/Italian father, and a German Mother. D-Ceased lived most of his life in San Antonio, Texas and attended Sunset High School where he often spent much of his class time drawing and writing lyrics in sketchbooks or on his work. In 2000 D-Ceased met SiK and the two hung out alot talking about and dreaming of being musicians. After dropping out of high school, he met fellow hip-hop artist ACE (of hip-hop duo Faded Mindz) they contemplating the idea of creating a new hip-hop group. Thought to be a menace by most, he broke that label and went back to school to get his GED. in 2004 D-Ceased moved to Galveston, Texas and attended college from 2004-2005 at Galveston College. Career D-Ceased started his music venture in San Antonio, Texas with "The Rejektz" along side SiK (Joe Villarreal) and Adikt (Casey C) under the stage name Eklipz. He and SiK created the "Brotherhood Of Insanity" (an underground hip-hop artist coalition created mainly in Detroit, Michigan, but had members from all around the U.S), and was a founding member of the harmonious rapid-fire rap group "Herbin' Thugz" along with Ace of "Faded Mindz," and the gone but not forgotten very talented Greg Burda (Oct 21, 1980 - May 22, 2009) but after some feuds between members, the group split up. In 2006 D-Ceased relocated to El Paso, Texas and joined up with the emcee HoMiCiDE and started the group "Texas Empire". In 2007-2008 D-Ceased released an underground sample album entitled "IV" and a mixtape entitled "Unsolved Misery." In 2009 D-Ceased headed back to San Antonio, Texas, and began work on his first full length album "Chapter One: So It Begins..." which is set to be released October 31, 2011.
