Villagio is a planned luxury suburb of , Moldova, that is under construction as of 2011. The settlement is situated at a distance of 21 km from the city on the Poltava highway, covering a territory of 15 hectares, in the neighborhood of the Condriţa locality. The total number of houses on the construction site is 107. It is to be the first "VIP-class" settlement in Moldova. Infrastructure The Villagio cottage settlement has an independent infrastructure providing the village residents with all the necessary services for life, entertainment, security and housing. An extensive road network is planned to connect the village with the capital city. A security fence is being constructed around the entire settlement. Communications The modern telecommunication complex of the settlement provides for the connection of each house to telephone networks, Internet, fire protection and security alarm systems. All houses are provided with electricity, water and gas utilities, the roads are provided with rain water flows.
