Bahria Town Phase 8

Phase 8 is a master planned community project of Bahria Town launched in September 2003. The overall development work is in full swing and sector-wise hand-over already started.
Only 35% of the available land is being utilized for residential plots and 65% of the area has been allocated for the public amenities and facilities. This promises Bahria Town Phase 8 to be the centre of commercial and recreational activity for the residents of DHA as well as other neighboring societies.
Possession handover started in November 2008 for both Phase 8 and Overseas Enclave projects of Bahria Town Rawalpindi and members got the possession of their plots.
Bahria Expressway
As part of the project, an exclusive Expressway has been completed that connects the Bahria Town to the GT Road in 5 minutes. This provides quick access to the residents of Bahria Town to DHA and Downtown Rawalpindi.
