Venita Kaul

Venita Kaul is an Indian educator. She is the head of Centre for Early Childhood Education and Development, Ambedkar University, Delhi. She worked as a Senior Education Specialist at the World Bank since 1998. She was appointed as a member of the NAC for the implementation of the RTE act in 2010.
Career
Venita Kaul has been with World Bank since 1998. She oversees World Bank education projects in India.
With Amit Dar, she was part of the first phase of development partners' support to the education programme and was instrumental in rapid expansion of primary school facilities across the country, especially in remote and socially disadvantaged areas and poorer regions of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
