Tyler Herron

Tyler Herron (born August 5, 1986, in West Palm Beach, Florida) is a Minor League Baseball pitcher who is currently a free agent. He was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 1st Round (46th overall) of the 2005 amateur entry draft. Herron was one of five starting pitchers given a non-roster invitation to the Cardinals' major league spring training camp in 2008 and 2009. On June 11, 2009 Herron was released. On June 12, 2009 Herron signed a Minor League deal with the Pittsburgh Pirates.
