Scott Nestor

Scott Allen Nestor (born August 20, 1984 in La Canada, California) is a minor league relief pitcher. He went to Chaffey College in California.
Nestor was drafted by the Florida Marlins in the 14th round of the 2003 Major League Baseball Draft. He had the worst season of his career in , when he went 1-1 with a 7.44 ERA in 55 relief appearances for Triple-A Albuquerque.
On May 28, 2009 he was released by the Philadelphia Phillies. The next day, he signed a Minor League contract with the Pittsburgh Pirates.
For the 2010 season, Nestor joined the San Francisco Giants organization. After starting out with High-A affiliate San Jose Giants, he was promoted to Triple-A Fresno on June 26, 2010.
He signed a minor league contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers on December 21, 2010. After appearing in three games for the Class-A Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, he was released on April 19.
