Thongkholal Haokip

Thongkholal Haokip teaches Political Science at Presidency University, Kolkata. He is the editor of Journal of North East India Studies and specialises in India's foreign policy, the Look East policy, ethnicity, borderland studies and issues of Northeast India. He qualified for Junior Research Fellowship (NET/JRF) of the University Grants Commission in December 2002 and received Ph.D. in Political Science from the Department of Political Science, North Eastern Hill University, Shillong.
