Thomas P. Cadmus

Thomas P. Cadmus is a former National Commander of the American Legion.
Cadmus served in the United States Army as an Armored Reconnaissance Specialist from 1965 to 1967, and left the Army as a Specialist Five. During his enlistment, Cadmus was stationed at Fort Knox in Kentucky and in Munich, West Germany.
Cadmus joined the American Legion in 1967, and eventually served in a variety of capacities at the national level of the organization. He was ultimately elected National Commander at the 86th National Convention in Nashville, Tennessee on 2 September 2004. Cadmus was succeeded by Thomas L. Bock on 25 August 2005.
