Divine word school

Divine Word School is a co-educational primary school located in Rathfarnham, Dublin close to the Dublin Mountains.
The school caters for children who live in the surrounding housing estates which include Hermitage, Marley Grange, Aranleigh, Llewellyn and Grange Manor.
Sport
The school encourages the pupils to participate in sports such as hurling, Gaelic Football and soccer. Students can also participate in 'Breakfast table tennis', a table tennis competition which takes place before school each morning.
The school has a large grass area on which sports are played.
School Day
The school day begins at 8.50 every morning for all students and ends at 1.30 for younger students and 2.30 for all other students. Extracurricular activities take place after school up until the evening.
