The Magic of Rhomm is a 2011 fantasy-adventure novel, the first young adult novel authored by Jason Leonard Altshuler. It is the first novel in the Rhomm Trilogy. Plot Justin Miller is a normal 17 year old boy living in Chicago. Or so he thinks. When he finds a note, telling him to go to Millenium Park, he knows something is up. He is soon swept up in a whirlwind of magic, betrayal, and a world-changing war. Too save the world as he knows it, he, alone, must defeat the Black Clan. Publication In 2011, The Magic of Rhomm was accepted and self-published by Createspace, a self-publishing service. Sequel The Magic of Rhomm will be followed by The Power of Rhomm, in which Justin's clan is mysteriously struck ill by an incredibly deadly disease that can only infect magic beings, but uncommon in the magic world still. Justin must once again save his clan and possibly the world. |
