The Chemical King was a 2009 American independent movie written by Douglas James Burgdorff and Jake Emanuel. Burgdorff also directed the film. The Chemical King was filmed in Summit New Jersey, and runs 79 minutes. The movie was shown at a several film conventions but has yet to see major screens or a DVD release. Cast The movie stars Christopher Burgdorff, who plays Ben Scott, a 17 year old genus. Lauren Devereux, playing Meagan Sherman, the main love interest. Dash Coombs, playing Chet the house sitter who Ben rooms with. Anne Poyner, playing Ben's mother. Other actors in the film, Spencer Dukoff, Tom Hansbury, Peter Burgdorff, Kelly Grous High, Sofia Alfaro High, and Samantha Greenman. |
