Supreeth Shankarghal

Supreeth Shankarghal Mohan (born 5 September 1988) commonly referred to as Supreeth Shankarghal is an Indian Hedge Fund Manager known for founding QF Assets Limited; a domestic Bangalore based Hedge Fund. He is also a Partner in privately owned Novo Investment Trust with Assets under management of over USD500 million.
Early life
Supreeth Shankarghal was born into an Iyengar family in Bangalore, Karnataka. His father, S.V.Mohan is a retired executive of Indian Overseas Bank, and his mother, Jayalakshmi, housewife. As a child, he did most of his schooling in Chennai and Bangalore in Kendriya Vidyalaya.
Supreeth started trading at the age of 19 when he opened a trading account with Shriram Insight using his Internship money. Supreeth holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Bangalore University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from Dublin Institute of Technology.
After starting work with India Infoline and another Bangalore based Stock brokerage firm, he founded QF Assets Limited.

He is regularly quoted in various media like Economic Times, ET-NOW, Bloomberg, Mint, Bloomberg TV etc...
Mint and Bloomberg ran a story titled "The Hedge Fund Manager who predicted the Sensex Rally says it’s time to sell."
Supreeth also serves on board of advisors of some of the leading philanthropic organizations and is a regular guest lecturer and speaker in some of the leading business schools
Personal life
Supreeth is an avid Traveler & Hiker. He plays tennis and has climbed few high altitude Mountains in the Himalayas and elsewhere. Supreeth presently resides in Galway, Ireland.
