Rochelle Pinto (born August 24, 1988) is a Mumbai-based fashion writer and journalist. Pinto currently is the Fashion Writer at Vogue India. Prior to Vogue, Pinto was a fashion columnist at HT Café, a supplement of the Hindustan Times. Her column, Bewear , ran weekly from 2009 to 2012 and commented on the fashion quotient of Mumbai’s socialite and cine elite. Pinto was also the youngest journalist to write a column in the paper at that time. During her time at HT Café, Pinto has had over 100 published articles which cover fashion, beauty, food, home décor and lifestyle. Pinto was on the jury for HT Mumbai's Most Stylish Awards 2011 alongside noted photographer Atul Kasbekar, socialite Queenie Dhody, designer Rocky S and others. In December 2012, Pinto co-authored a book on Indian fashion diva and movie star Kareena Kapoor, titled The Style Diary of a Bollywood Diva , which was released by Penguin . |
