Dhiraj Mishra (born: 6 December 1980) is an Indian script & play writer. Career Dhiraj Mishra is a writer who has his roots from Jharkhand and has done his Bachelors in Science. But his passion for story-telling got him to the city of dreams - Mumbai. Mishra has worked as a freelance journalist for several magazines and newspapers. He has also been the creative writer for various TV Serials. Mishra has now written a full length feature film based on the life of Indian Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri titled ‘Jai Jaiwaan Jai Kisaan’. The movie is scheduled to release by the end of 2013. His upcoming movies are ‘Birsa’ which is about a freedom fighter from Jharkhand and Chapekar Bandu, a revolutionary story about a group of freedom fighters from Pune. Dhiraj Mishra has a novel ‘Patjhar aur Bahar’ to his credit. Mishra has also written a play on the life of India’s first woman Prime Minister Indira Gandhi titled ‘Indira’.
