Stonegate Country Club

Stonegate Country Club is a recreational center that is part of a planned community in Davis, California, designed around a 17-acre man-made lake known as Stonegate Lake. Formally known as the Stonegate Master Association, the Stonegate neighborhood consists of nearly 1,000 homes, condominiums and apartments and a shopping center built in the 1970s and 1980s roughly following Lake Boulevard in West Davis. The Country Club is a gathering place for the local community and hosts weddings, community meetings, recreational activities and serves as a polling place on Election Day. The Country Club is open seven days a week and features sailing, tennis, swimming and other programs available to members and their guests. The Stonegate Homeowners' Association was founded in 1969 and is governed by a seven-member board of directors. It was the first neighborhood association formally recognized by the City of Davis.
