SKATTERBRANE is a company that manufactures guitar pickups. SKATTERBRANE LLC was founded by Rod Kinkade, a life long Les Paul enthusiast, in 2006. They offer several variations of the P.A.F. style humbucking guitar pickup. SKATTERBRANES enjoy a strong underground following by people seeking vintage blues, classic rock and jazz P.A.F tones. Customer product reviews on the site and on various forums and on Harmony Central and the many customer supplied sound clips are a testiment to the significance these pickups play in the recreation of vintage P.A.F. tones. Artist such as Webb Wilder, Roger Butterley and Blueskillet feature recordings made with SKATTERBRANE pickups. SKATTERBRANE has been featured in Premier Guitar magazine. |
