Christian Pickup, also known as Crust, is a co-writer and voice actor on the website Fat-Pie.com , the website of animator David Firth. His main role at Fat-Pie is playing the role of "Devvo", a chav living in the town of Doncaster. Originally, the watcher was intended to believe that Devvo was a real person rather than a character, but Pickup has since appeared on the website playing other characters.
Devvo
Devvo, full name Darren Devonshire, is a character played by Christian Pickup. He is a chav from Northern England, and a series of movies show his daily pursuits, which include the taking of recreational drugs, looking for cigarettes on the street, challenging strangers from the street to play "Coins" and shouting abuse at buses. Devvo has also appeared on the television in the UK, on E4's Funny Cuts, and also on Channel 4's Whatever. Devvo has also released a number of songs under the name of MC Devvo, the most famous of which is Crystal Meffin.

Writing and Other Roles
As well as performing voices, Pickup has also co-written with Firth, as co-writer of Salad Fingers, which he has co-written all eight episodes of. He has also appeared as June, a female presenter of Crafty Women's Tips and Fiddles, a video mocking craft programmes on television which was released for Christmas 2006.
