Simon Ilincev (born October 27, 2005) is a Czech American author who is best known for writing the novel The Trilogic Worlds: The Fictional War . Biography Simon Ilincev was born in Los Angeles, United States and raised both there and in Prague, Czech Republic. He has moved several times with his family between the two countries. He started writing his first novel when he was eleven, and completed the manuscript within two years. Ilincev published his book in late June 2019. He has now begun writing a sequel to The Trilogic Worlds series. Career Ilincev's novel was inspired by his lifelong love of the fantasy genre. He decided to write his novel in his free time, and wanted to get a novel published. At the age of eleven, he wrote the first few chapters of his novel and then laid it away for a year and a half, before starting it up again in July 2018 and finishing it in March 2019. Edits followed until June of that year. He uploaded his manuscript to Amazon as an ebook and paperback, self-publishing it at the age of 13 on June 16, 2019. Its highest placement on the Amazon rankings so far has been #5322 and #26 overall in the Fairy Tales genre. Personal Life Simon Ilincev attends Park Lane International School. In his free time, he enjoys solving quickly and metal detecting. He currently resides in Prague.
