Ryan Reece

Ryan Reese isa Canadian footballer of Trinidadian ancestry. He was born in North York, Ontario. He played in Canadian college soccer, for the McMaster Marauders, before starting a professional career.
Professional career
Reece began his professional career in the 2003 (17 y/o) summer season, playing briefly with the Metro Lions of the Canadian Professional Soccer League before signing with the Toronto Lynx of the then A-League in mid-season, on July 26, and playing in the teams final four games. By the age of 19 Ryan has played in top Leagues in the collegiate level (Div.1) NCAA East conference and Professional Div. 2 Spain.

Spain
In January 2005 he signed with Badalona, Spanish Sugunda division. Reece scored eleven times for Badalona during the 2005 season. With the club winning the division, Reece was granted a transfer and signed with Hertha Berlin II.
Germany Injury, Return to Canada
In 2006 Reece suffered a fractured left ankle in a pre-season match against Werder Breman, he underwent surgery and took a 3 month recovery. Reece than was deemed surplus to requirements and was allowed to look for another club. Reece returned to Canada to do a full recovery.
While in canada after recovery, Reece signed with Ottawa fury in the American USL league and than made a move to Oakville Blue Devils of the Canadian Professional Soccer League. Reece scored a total of 9 goals. After his season Reece was recruited for National Duty for the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
Trinidad And Tobago Football Federation
Reece made his debut for Trinidad and Tobago, in a November 2006 friendly against Panama, the match was held in port of Spain. By December 2009, he earned a total of 3caps, all as a sub, scoring no goals. He has so far represented Trinidad in 1 FIFA World Cup qualification match.
Return To Germany
In 2007 Reece was signed to Berliner FC Dynamo in Berlin if the NOFV Oberliga.
Coach Nico Thomaschewski had taken control after 3 consecutive losses in the league that dropped the team from the number two spot to 6th place. Ryan scored the winning goal of games against the first and second place teams in the division. Reece earned player and goal of the month in the dfb.de the month of May, 07

Canadian Lions FC
In 2007 Reece was signed to Berliner FC Dynamo in Berlin if the NOFV Oberliga.

Dunaújváros FC
During the 2008 Hungarian season Reece established his roll in the first team at Dunaújváros FC, he went on to cement his role in the second half of the season. Reece was offered an extension after the full year contract at Dunaújváros FC but he denied. Reece was offered a new contract from Herfølge BK in the Danish league and accepted.
Denmark
In 2009 Ryan Reece was signed by Herfølge BK. Reece scored 3 goals in one match in his first game for the second team and became a regular member of the first team immediately. Reece went on to become a regular player of the team and contributed to the first half of a victory season. Half way through the season Herfølge was threatened with bankruptcy. The team and the union moved in correlation with each other and wages were cut. To honor Reece’s contract Herfølge BK sold Ryan to BK Søllerød Vedbæk. Once Reece joined the BSV he was part of a 6 game winning streak and scored 5 goals for them, in addition Reece was voted Most Valuable Player by teammates and was one of 3 honorable mentions for the election of BSV’s MVP of the season.
