Richard Gentile (b. 1957 in Youngstown, Ohio) is a renowned American plastic surgeon, writer, and teacher. Dr. Gentile has served on the medical faculties of the Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine, Case Western Reserve College of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio and the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He is noted for being one of only 13 dual board certified American surgeons. Dr. Gentile is a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery . He has previously acted as National spokesman for the Academy. He is recognized within the industry for his development of the mid-face lift.
