Pavlo Barbul

Pavlo Barbul (born 29 January  1987) - is the Ukrainian layer, enterpreuner, currently - the CEO of SpetsTechnoExport (part of “Ukroboronprom” - Ukrainian Defense Industry), responsible for all of the company's business operations and new developments. As executive officer he is dealing with major Ukrainian foreign trade contracts on international defense technologies market and presenting Ukraine at the international defense exibitions and forums in India, UAE, Canada, UK
Education
In 2002-2003 studied international management at Lawrence High School (USA) by FLEX program.
In 2003-2007 studied international law at Ukrainian academy of international trade, in 2007-2008 at the Ukrainian university of finances and international trade. 
2016-2017 - Executive MBA program at Kyiv-Mohyla business school. 
Career
Pavlo Barbul started his career at Arzinger Law Firm in 2007.
In 2010-2012 he served as a Head of compulsory debts collection  department at Swedbank JSC. Managed a $1 billion problem debt portfolio.
In 2012 he founded the private law firm "VoxLegum"
Since 2014 has served at Ukroboronprom as a Director of the Asset Management Department.
In February 2015 PavloBarbul was appointed a CEO of the state foreign trade enterprise SpetsTechnoExport, that is empowered by the Government of Ukraine for export-import activities at foreign armaments markets.
At this position Pavlo Barbul has managed the projects of development and production of "Fantom" tactical unmanned multipurpose vehicle, "Taipan" combat module, new Ukrainian unmanned aerial systems.
