Operation Terror

Operation Terror is a thriller film depicting a plot by government insiders that leads up to the September 11 attacks in New York City, 2001. Although fictionalized, much of the dialogue was taken from transcripts of the investigation by the 9/11 Commission and the characters were based on actual players in the real 9/11 attack. The film was written and produced by Art Olivier, one-time mayor of Bellflower, California and Libertarian vice-presidential candidate in 2000. The theatrical premiere date was 9/11/12 in Los Angeles.
Plot
The film begins with CIA agent Aaron Delgado being called to see James McCullough, head of the "Council" to accept a special assignment. He assembles a team of engineers, demolition experts and Muslim patsies to attack the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, pinning the blame on Muslim terrorists, expanding the police state, and reaping untold billions for the military industrial complex and the elite. Delgado and fellow agents, Phillip Singer and Chase Jordan, work with a group of unsuspecting engineers to develop unmanned jets that will hit their assigned targets. Meanwhile, high-tech nano-thermite is chosen to melt the support columns in both towers to bring them down on themselves.
The Army, through the classified Able Danger project, and FBI agent Sam Hall begin to uncover the plot, forcing Delgado to intervene. Able Danger is shut down, with the hardware and data confiscated by Delgado and his thugs. Delgado also goads Sam Hall's superior to call him off his chase of Zacharias Moussaoui. Sam arrests him and Hussein Al-Attas anyway only to have the Radical Fundamentalist Unit at the FBI headquarters prevent Sam from searching Moussaoui's belongings including a computer laptop. The CIA agents also have to deal with an increasingly suspicious George Poole, the lead engineer working on the drones, who becomes skeptical on how the remote controlled planes will be used. A battle between good and evil ensues as the plot to attack America becomes a reality.
