Cowboys For Christ is a Robin Hardy film set for 2008 release. Director Robin Hardy is said to be reimagining his 1973 horror film The Wicker Man with Cowboys For Christ. Plot/Synopsis Beth, a gospel singer and Steve, her cowboy boyfriend, decide to leave Texas and head to Scotland. Being Christians, they believe it would be successful preaching there. They are later welcolmed to Tressock by Sir Lachlan Morrison. They assume their welcomers want to hear more preaching, but they will soon find out they're wrong. The film is currently in pre - production.
