Oggi Tomic

Oggi Tomic is award-winning filmmaker, photographer and an ambassador for Hope and Homes for Children and One Young World. He has a degree (BA Hons) from the International Film School of Wales and is working both in the UK and internationally.
Oggi's most recent work includes content for the BBC, Cambridge University, KRAFT Foods, Clinique Cosmetics, MTV and awards from Sarajevo Film Festival (SFF), UNAFF Film Festival and the Irish 52nd Corona Festival, Sheffield Doc/Fest, the Irish Corona Film Festival, Ffresh and Grierson Awards.
He specialises as a camera operator, editor and in producing documentaries and promotional films for corporate clients, TV broadcast and production companies. Oggi works primarily with latest Canon filmmaking kit, from LED lighting sets to stylish cinematography service including filming, editing and post-production resulting in broadcast quality video for television or web use.
One of many documentary films he was involved in, Mostar was selected for Grierson Awards in 2012. Another broadcast documentary Oggi Tomic was involved and was produced by Film Tank, is a film Tough Guy 453 which looks behind the scenes of the annual Tough Guy competition in Wolverhampton. Tough Guy 453 was a documentary Oggi was involved on as a cinematographer which won best factual film at several events such as Ffresh, and was one of three films nominated by the Royal Television Society at their awards ceremony at The Barbican Centre in London.
Also, Oggi was involved in covering the annual Plymouth Volksfest music festival held at Newnham Park, filming performing artist's such as Hard-Fi, Toploader, Goldie Lookin Chain, Kid Creole, The Blockheads, The Ramones, Dreadzone, Gentleman's Dub Club, Dub Pistols, Two Spot Gobi, Zion Train and Comedian Rufus Hound were performing.
His award-winning photography work was published professionally by The Daily Telegraph, The Times, Daily Mail, Wales on Sunday, and The Sun.
