Daniel Loiewski

Daniel Loiewski is an award-winning filmmaker, born Jan 29th 1990 in El Paso, Texas and was raised in Cheshire, CT. He is most well-known for his feature film Veracity, which premiered at Showcase Cinemas in North Haven, Connecticut on May 17 2007. Veracity took one month intensive filming, a cast of over 30 actors and almost a year to completely produce. He directed the award-winning high school play 8th Period Study Hall, which took place first place at the One Act's Competition. Daniel Loiewski is also known for his documentary The Vietnam Wall: The Wall that Heals. This was shot in November 2007 covering the events surrounding the Vietnam wall replica that came in Cheshire, Connecticut and its veterans. This documentary is currently under consideration under the United States Government Archive. Daniel Loiewski is also the director of the fan music video of Coldplay’s “Green Eyes”, which is currently the default music video for the online social network, Facebook. He has also participated in The Hollywood Experiment as well as footage exhibition for Detonation Films. Loiewski's short horror film, Paranoid Duality was an Official Selection into the Late Night Horror Film Festival (Whittier, California) and also won Best Cinematography in 2009. Daniel Loiewski is currently a Film and Television Production major at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.
