StudioBard

StudioBard is a Sound/Recording Studio in Portland, Oregon.

StudioBard was founded by Academy Award nominated composer Michael Bard in 2004, as a reformation of audio production house/music library Newton-Bard, LLC.

Bard, a Chicago native who toured with Stan Kenton and his orchestra during their later years, moved to the Northwest in the 1980's to work as a professional musician, composer and audio post-production engineer.

StudioBard’s work has received Clio Awards, Telly Awards, Portland Ad Federation Rosey Awards; recognition from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the National Association of Interpreters, the National Council on Crime and Delinquency; honors from film festivals such as SXSW and the Jerusalem Film Festival, and numerous nominations from other organizations.
