Jeffrey Leiser

Jeffrey Leiser is an American music composer working primarily in film.
Biography
Jeffrey Leiser graduated from the audio post-production institute Video Symphony. He composed the music for 20 short films made by his brother, filmmaker and animator Eric Leiser, and collaborated with him on three features: Faustbook, released April 25, 2006 by Vanguard Cinema, and Imagination, released theatrically in the U.S. in summer 2007 and picked up by MoMA in New York City in 2009. A third feature Glitch In The Grid is currently in post production.
In 2005, he worked in the Czech Republic on sound for a planned feature The Night Fisherman, and a short film, "Seed" for the latter of which he also composed music. In 2006, he composed 2 theme songs for Twilight Park, a television show developed for Nickelodeon. That same year, he was eligible for nomination by the Movie Music UK Music Awards for best original score for Faustbook. In 2009, he signed on with Amber Music in New York City as a composer for major television commercials and advertisement media.

Leiser has self-released ten albums under his and his brother's music label and film production company, Albino Fawn Productions.
